  Mesa Active Adult Center is located between University & Main in downtown Mesa (near Mesa Arts Center).
  
  This introductory dance course is for the student with little or no prior flamenco dance experience.  Gain awareness in body alignment, posture, upper/lower body coordination and various movement sequences that will broaden your knowledge of flamenco dance, music and rhythm.  Students should dress comfortably.  Wear clothing that will allow the body to move without restriction.
