Bella Barre

Come join me for an amazing class: Bella Barre at Ally Bella Dance Studio. This innovative and fun new class is based on Ballet Barre work combined with Arm and Leg exercises to provide a full body workout. Developed by the amazing teachers at Abby Bella Dance Studio, Bella Barre is the type of workout that is used by dancers and athletes to strengthen and lengthen the entire body. You will see a difference in posture, stamina and muscle tone after taking Bella Barre classes. You don’t have to have prior dance training to take this class.

A great friend of mine and fabulous instructor is teaching there. I’ll be taking class with Casey on Monday & Wednesday Nights. It is highly recommended to sign up prior to attending as these classes fill up quickly: Bella Barre

The Arboretum at Flagstaff

I wish that I had thought to take photos of more of the surroundings while performing just outside of Flagstaff at the Arboretum. While I was packing up my stuff to leave, maybe it was about 8:30pm, the clouds were laying over the mountain. It almost looked like an image from Wolfman (you know, that movie that was just released this year). I was taken aback by the beauty. INCREDIBLE. Though it rained most of the day, it was absolutely beautiful. Thank you to Flagstaff Cultural Partners and The Arboretum at Flagstaff. Below are two images taken by good friend, Thomas Byers. Thank you Thomas. Make sure to visit his website: Thomas Byers Guitar Studio.
